Ross brings over 20 years of Australian-based recruitment expertise to his role as Founder & Director of ConnectWest Recruitment. Throughout his career, he has held national and WA-based management positions with both renowned global organisations and boutique firms, specialising in construction, engineering, infrastructure, and property recruitment.

Ross has a proven track record of establishing and nurturing strong relationships with companies of all sizes. His skill in creating, developing, and executing effective recruitment strategies has consistently delivered results, sourcing staff for a wide range of technical roles and labour hire for various project sizes.

Outside of work, Ross enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and participating in various sports. A longstanding West Coast Eagles member, he eagerly supports the team each week.
