ConnectWest Recruitment is currently seeking a Finishing Supervisor to oversee the finishing works of a high-end apartment project, located 5klm from the Perth CBD. This role joins the project at a critical phase and will support the project manager and site manager to ensure the successfully delivery of the project to completion.

The Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all construction site aspects: safety, quality, schedule, and budget
• Monitor work progress, ensuring high standards and adherence to safety procedures
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers
• Liaise with the project management team to meet project objectives
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports

The Requirements:
• Trade or tertiary qualification in construction
• A healthy portfolio of successfully delivered commercial projects
• Strong eye for detail and desire for quality
• 3+ years’ experience working as a Foreperson/Supervisor
