ConnectWest Recruitment is partnering with a highly respected Tier 2 commercial builder to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of Design & Construct (D&C) commercial and industrial projects valued between $20m and $100m.

The business has an enviable list of repeat clients, a strong pipeline of negotiated work, and a proven track record of delivering high quality projects across both the Perth metropolitan area and regional Western Australia.

Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership - Oversee all phases of D&C project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and program.
• Design & Consultant Coordination - Drive design development, value engineering, and buildability reviews.
• Client & Stakeholder Management - Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and project partners.
• Commercial Management - Manage budgets, cost reporting, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
• Construction Oversight - Work closely with Site Managers to ensure safety, quality, and program compliance.
• Risk & Compliance - Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies across WHS, design, and delivery.
• Reporting - Provide accurate progress, financial, and program reporting to senior leadership and clients.

Requirements:
• Proven experience delivering commercial or industrial D&C projects
• Strong understanding of design management, procurement, and contract administration
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long term client relationships
• Solid financial acumen and experience managing complex project budgets
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Aconex, MS Project)
