ConnectWest Recruitment is partnering with one of Australia’s leading commercial builders to appoint a Senior Site Manager to deliver a landmark project for the City of Perth. This multi award winning builder is backed by one of Perth’s most experienced leadership teams and offers the agility of a non bureaucratic, high performance environment.

Project Overview
• $100m+ mixed use development
• Located 15km from the Perth CBD
• Complex multi storey structure with underground basement
• High end finishes and premium architectural detail

What You’ll Bring
• Proven experience delivering commercial projects $50m+ (ideally $100m+)
• Strong background working with tower cranes, tight logistics, and high end finishes
• Demonstrated capability in planning, programming and scheduling
• Ability to lead, plan and manage onsite resources including labour and equipment
• A proactive approach to health, safety and compliance
• Excellent stakeholder liaison and written communication skills
• Trade or tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee, manage and deliver the project onsite from start to finish
• Lead subcontractors, trades, staff and equipment to ensure efficient delivery
• Drive project outcomes across time, cost, quality, safety and stakeholder satisfaction
• Maintain and improve the construction program
• Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, ITPs and coordination meetings
• Provide practical solutions to daily onsite challenges
• Mentor and develop team members, ensuring alignment with company values
• Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
