About the Opportunity
This is a key leadership position suited to an experienced Site Manager who has successfully delivered commercial projects $50M+ and thrives in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments. What You’ll Bring
Demonstrated experience delivering commercial projects valued at $50M+

Trade or tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction

Strong capability in planning, programming and scheduling

Proven ability to lead and manage onsite resources, labour and equipment

A proactive approach to health, safety and compliance

Excellent stakeholder communication and written reporting skills

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage projects onsite from start to finish

Lead subcontractors, trades, staff and equipment to ensure efficient delivery

Drive project outcomes across time, cost, quality, safety and stakeholder satisfaction

Maintain and improve the construction program

Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, ITPs and coordination meetings

Provide practical solutions to daily onsite challenges

Mentor and develop team members, ensuring alignment with company values

Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
